Lewis Properties is all about greed If you value your money then this is not the place to live because the lewis Corporation also values you money and will take as much as they can get from you.
Even when you fulfill you lease it will still cost you to move out. They will find everything they can

After I cleaned it like crazy, They took away all my deposit and demanding me for all the non-sense fee.(new carpet, clearning, painting ) after I move out. I lived in different apartments before, Home Coming took away all my deposit and demanding me for the entire non-sense fee.

Money hungry and greedy with returned deposit I just recently moved out of the Homecomings after living there for 2 years. With all of the problems that we had when we first moved into the homecomings, I would have never thought that we would be charged for all of the things that were wrong
