Yes and No. - Lived at Sycamore for 2 years (2006-2008). LOCATION - yes a little noise from freeway but oh so convenient! Loved the apt. (But why carpeting in dining area?). No bugs (just some spiders), clean & grounds maintained. Plenty of parking. The disabled residents are friendly. The park is a great asset - no restrooms so it keeps the "scary people" away.
