Not a good place to live

I have lived in these apartments for three years now and currently looking to move out. This complex is so noisy. They don't do anything about it in the office. Plus, not only my apartment has been broken into but another couple that lives there woke up one night to find a man standing at the end of their bed, staring at her.. He had broken in through their sliding glass door. Very scary.
Absolutely not one spare visitor parking space. So, you can never have anyone over to visity. If you like your peace and quiet, this place isn't for you.

I too had a man standing on my patio one morning at Alicia Viejo. It was just as the sun was breaking, and he had been peeping for quite some time. He had long hair under a white British Sports Cap, and my husband was in the bathroom taking a shower, so I think he may have thought I was alone. Anyway, I screamed and went out of the front door, and I chased him around to the front of my apartment, where he jumped into an old gray beater. Many of these persons are sex offenders out on parole. They go on a hot prowl to steal, then rape the woman. My husband in the show heard nothing! We called the police, and my back neighbor saw him, and the lady upstairs, otherwise the police was ready not to believe me, saw my husbands bags packed for a business trip, kind of laughed and swaggered. The police took a report, and thought it was serious enough to put a police officer out on Alicia Blvd for three days, but only because other residents saw him. They said, Peepers don't just stop peeping, but can graduate to something worse. I wanted to catch him to see if he had a prior record. The very next day after this incident, there was an article in the Orange County Register, that a man in Colorado had been arrested for going into the bedrooms of apartment complexes through window screens in women's apartments. He got about a dozen women. I showed this article to June Miller, and told her what happened, and that I had called the police. I told her that I think we should send fliers out to the residents. June was nonplussed and said, "Well, that's bad advertising." She absolutely did not care about my safety or anyone elses. Several days later, my husband came home from working late. All that I could see was his dark shadow walking down the hall, and so I screamed, fearing the Peepr had come back. Well, after my nerves were so on edge from this complex, she heard my scream and told me I had problems in my marriage.
I just found out that another complex I lived in, had a young girl get raped in her apartment. Her parents wanted to warn the tenets, so they put up a flier in the mail room about it. Management kept ripping down these fliers. I found this a paradoxical slap in the face, because this particular management group scotch-taped a bounced check, right on the wrought iron gate, that everyone has to unlock before getting their mail. A bounced check to embarass a tenet, they will allow. A warning about the lack of complex safety, and a young woman in her and her parents being raped, they would not allow.
Understand out of the gate, June Miller doesn't care, Rita doesn't care, the ruthless man who owns the property doesn't care, and you are responsible for your own safety. Pull out your lease agreement, and say too much has happened, the place isn't safe, and you have to break your lease and leave. No judge, in small claims court with force you to stay. Get a note from your doctor on your nerves, and all he has to say is, you need a place where you are not sleep deprived to live. Tenets do have outs.
All that we are is income property, nothing else, even though it is a home to us...at least for awhile.
