First if you like the management being run by 70-80 year old ladies then move here. They are rude and hypocrites. You are not supposed to have pets or BBQ but guess what people do. Not to mention the parking is horrible. If you have more than one car you have to compete with the other tenants with more than one car for 20 "guest" parking spots. My wife and I have been here 6 months of a 15 month lease and are trying to find a way out. Forget about warm showers in the morning and using a functioning dishwasher. Do not move here. The sauna hasnt worked since we moved here. Also I found a Black Widow spider by the drinking fountain by the pool, told the management about the possible harm to small kids and they told me that they would have to see it before they called a exterminator. This is a great place for spider lovers !!!

June Miller must have something on the owner of this complex, the main coroporate holder in San Juan Capistrano, and they have been interwined in raising the rent, not wanting a full-blown advertised Section 8 complex, mind you for a reason. It is a way to keep getting the most for the crappy apartments, that they can. So, they figured out a way. Cash payers, who keep raising guaranteed rent vouchers for Section 8 persons, and that way, no unit will ever go unfilled. Someone leaves, they can get almost the same rent guaranteed by the federal government. What a racket, right? I bet the man is waiting till she is really old, so that if she spills her guts on the place, blabs that it is Section 8, he can just say her brain is gone!!!
