My husband didn't tell you about the other things that have changed our minds about living in this oh-so-wonderful apartment complex. First off, the people are Rude. R-u-d-e, RUDE! My garage is first in line right next to the mailboxes. Whenever people want to check their mail, they park right in front of my garage door as I'm pullin into the driveway. I honk, I ask nicely for them to pull up so I can park, and they either tell me to go F myself, they ignore me or they flip me off. This has been brought to the attention of management, but they asked me "Well, what can we do' That's how people are." Well, how abuot sending out a letter to everyone in the complex since they do it for other reasons; i.e. refer a friend and get $200.

Also, the people that they are renting to lately have really been getting on a lot of people's nerves lately. Younger kids, 18, 19 years old, that feel the need to drive too fast down the driveway and play their music so loud that the whole place knows what song they're listening to. AND, it's a party every Friday and Saturday night. Especially the new girl that lives below us. She can't talk on the phone inside her apartment; she MUST sit outside, right below our bedroom window and YELL, not talk, YELL on the phone at all hours of the morning. IT'S HORRIBLE!!! I'd rather live in my car than stay here for the term of our lease!!!

This complex caters to Section 8 persons. They need a few cash cow renters, to put the value on the apartment. Periodically, walk through and get the apartment addresses of the normal people, and warn them, that this is a Section 8 complex. Don't mail the letters from the apartment complex, because I have seen June ask the mailman to open this box for her to retrieve things, so mail them from a mailbox out of town. They do things secretly against you, now you expose them back. Read your lease carefully. Tenets always have a way out if they do not live up to the lease agreement, including noise levels. If you leave your apartment, they will just fill it with a Section 8 person sent to them from the Orange County Department of Fair Housing, as there is a long list of non citizens, old people, and slightly retarded women ready to move in.
