This place SUCKS...! Talk about awful management... They don't care what you are going through.. they will, in no way, help you out with your issues.. If you have children or like your quiet than this complex is not for you. Very warn down appliances. I have so many bugs in my apartment, it's terrible.. Spiders, crickets, grasshoppers and ants. Move somewhere else. I have been robbed a while ago as was my neighbor. And another couple who lives in a downstairs apartment woke up with a man standing at the end of their bed staring at them. They moved out the next weekend.. VERY UNSAFE. Lots of young mexican boys who I wouldn't trust. They
scare my family.

I had a Peeping Tom looking into my apartment, and called the police. He was tall, about 6'4'', with a white British Sports Cap. He had been standing on my porch for quite awhile before the sun came out. I thought he lived in the complex, and ran outside and chased him. He got into an old beater car, and took off down Alicia Parkway. I have never seen him in my entire life. The very next day, and article came out in the Orange County Register, that a man was arrested in Colorado for entering women's apartments through the bedroom screen window, from 2:00 AM to 6:00AM. I felt this was a warning from the heavens, that the place was very unsafe. Anyone can pull off from Alicia Boulevard and come in. I told this to June, that I thought we should warn the residents with a flier, and she said, "It's bad advertising." Right then and there, I realized my safety or person meant nothing to these people. My nerves were shot for months, and I was afraid to open my window with just the screen. Every single time the blinds rattled, I woke up gasping. One might my husband came home late after a business trip, all that I could see was this shadow coming down the hall and I screamed and slammed the bedroom door and locked it. That's how much my nerves were on edge from the Alicia Apartments. June got in my face about the scream and told me I had problems in my marriage! The police took the incident so seriously, that they had a police officer parked out on Alicia Parkway for several days, to see if he would come back. June Miller slipped and broker her arm upstairs, after this incident. I am wondering if it wasn't a little bit of getting her commeuppance. You just can't keep using people, and not have it catch up.
