The attitude of management is terrible: very rude. They do not respect YOUR rights as a tenant.

The apartment is unsafe: during your absence someone will break into YOUR apartment without your permission.

Unreasonable increase of rent: even you are a nice tenant YOUR rent will be increased just every year.

DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU CAN RENT ELSEWHERE!!!

You mean that you don't believe the 15 minute security officer that drives through once a day in his "symbol of law," but who doesn't know any of the residents, isn't keeping you safe? You mean to tell me, that if you have a prowler, and you are given the phone number of the security company to respond, the prowler can't get away?? One night I heard a knock at my front door. It was the same signal as the woman upstairs, I thought, so I foolishly opened my door. A man was wearing a poncho and had a spray bottle, that he wanted to demonstrate. Mind you, no clip board, no briefcase, no sales order slips, nothing. I slammed the door. The next day I mentioned it to Javier, who said, "Oh, yeah, that guy." How come Javier didn't call the security company or police and chase him away, if he went to Javier's home first? Also, when we had a Peeping Tom, I warned June. Ironically, the very next day, it was in the Orange County Register, that a man was arrested breaking into women's apartments in Colorado, and raping them from the hours of 2:00Am in the morning until 6:00 AM in the morning. He had raped countless women going in through apartment bedroom screens. I shared my concern with June, that the Peeper could be a sex offender on parole, maybe thinking about breaking and entering and a hot prowl. June was nonplussed about the Peeping Tom, when I told her that I think the residents should be warned. Her reply was, "It's bad advertising." She brushes off your safety and issues with, "Call the Security Company."
