This place is TERRIBLE.. I can't beleive I ever moved in here.. God, I must have been desperate. First, the office staff are horrible. RITA doesn't care what happens to you. She will just "brush it under a rug" and tell you to handle it yourself. June tries but she is just a big whimp. She acts like she is helping you but she doesn't give a crap. They rent to a younger crowd who have parties every weekend and are extremely loud. It's dirty. I would rather live at Saddleback Ranch Apartments (and that's not saying very much). Please really research where you move before moving. It's always a good idea to look into it before signing the lease.. Pick somewhere else.

After living in the Aliso Viejo Apartments, and getting my sleep disturbed to the point of nausea, and tracking in on my carpet the greasy finish that they put on the driveway, one year, that they refinished it, I paid for the carpet to be cleaned myself. There was no thanks from June, or Rita, for cleaning my own apartment carpets, and I heard many tenents complained about the greasy asphalt finish. My husband and I were nervous wrecks, got into agruments, and June and her staff causing all of these problems had the audacity to tell me to my face I had problems in my marriage. We also had a a prowler, and my husband scared me coming home late, as I was afraid the prowler came back, after I called the police, and was walking down the hall, so I slammed the door and screamed unaware that it was him. They don't think not feeling safe, or them not fairly addressng your problems doesn't affect your emotional life. Oh, well, wait for the phony letter to arrive that they will do every thing they have to make your home a happy place.
