Worst place ever to live

This place was built in the Walton Era.. It's so old and beat up.. Looks good from the street but once you get inside, not so good. Dishwasher is broken, leaks and never been fixed. The noise level is terrible. It's funny, if you ever stop by for a little visit, you will never see any kids that live there and that's because of the noise level. They rent to younger aged people which just causes problems for everyone else. The office staff (I think her name is Rita) just doesn't care about anyone but collecting the rent. There are many many other complexes to look at. And, even though this apartment complex has some pretty good rent prices, it's not worth the heartache you have. And they say no pets but a ton of people there have dogs.

Rita and June don't care, because this complex caters to people on Section 8. They need a few cash payers to set the fee voucher to the Orange County Department of Fair Housing, so if you aren't happy, they know they can get someone from the waiting list to come down and take your apartment, after you set the value, paying cash.
Section 8 was designed for people on social security and disability to begin with, but then they said you can't discriminate. You get persons getting those apartments, sometimes paying only $300.00 per month, less than 1/3 of their annual income, and the federal government supplies the rest to what the apartment value who has been previously set at, by the prior person.
Rita and June treat you like dirt, because they know it is no skin off their nose to lose you at the end of the lease. They can get a guaranteed renter, but they will still need cash payers for rent to keep getting the higher rent scale from Section 8. They are deathly afraid that tenets will find out that this is Section 8, as Section 8 people are told not to say anything when they move in. They are nosey, and want to make sure this secret doesn't get out.
You are learning. The next time you rent, ask the person, "Ask the leasing person and manager, is this a Section 8 complex. June was dumb, because she dropped her jaw ( revealing body language) then said, "I don't have to tell you." Well, she did tell me, and I questioned a few others, and got on her crap list, as me being the problem for figuring out how I was being used by them and treated like dirt.
I hear the man who owns the property is ruthless. Even the mailman told me. You can find out who he is by contacting the Orange County tax assessors, call them and ask who owns the property ( give the address) you will be given the corporate name of his business in San Juan Capistrano, his name, then call the California Secretary of State, and get all of the information on his officers, and who is using you.
This is the United States of America, and if you tell June and Rita you know it is Section 8, then they will tell you they aren't going to renew your lease for you. Legally, they can't kick you out, but they will make your life miserable by letting your apartment run down. So, beware...don't confront them, just look for a new place to live.
