Good lord.. Is this the worst place I have ever lived. Holy cow. Can the office management be any more stupid then they are right now. Can they rent to any more TEENAGERS then they do right now''''' The place is nice from the outside but the inside are so old looking! People have broken into some of the bottom floor apartments, bikers there every weekend making so much noise. Not a place for you to raise your kids. Terrible place to live. Look somewhere else (RSM has some very nice apartments available). I'm out of here as soon as my lease is up.

Go over your lease. If they will penalize you for making noise, then they should penalize the bikers. Many states have "Creating a disturbance law," or a "Disturbing the Peace law that is 24 hours, and not just part of the day. See what the California Revised Statute says about that Law. Then, any other thing you can find that they haven't lived up to, document in two letters to management, including that you feel that you are no more than part of a Section 8 Scam. Go to your doctor, and tell him your nerves are shot from the place, and in order for you to get peace and get away from the insanity, have him write you a note, "PERSON NEEDS PLACE FOR FULL NIGHTS SLEEP. If your health is at stake, no judge is going to let you not move. Also, call a lawyer and see if you can just copy him on your letters and will use him, if this complex gets nasty and won't let you break your lease.
