I dont have any problem with the facilities eventhough my open parking that was given to me is probably the farthest that it could go to my apartment. and apart from this, all this young tenants that live close to my open parking uses my parking all the time that i have to call tow company just so i can park. they are loud and rude.
One time, i had a relative visit me and since i was cooking sunday lunch, i just took my cousin to the pool and left her for few minutes to check on my bbq and she was asked by the Office STAFF where she lives and all that... can they be any RUDE'''' she was alone!!! but when it comes to this awful kids who swim at night and make lots of noise!!!!!! they dont do anything about it!!!! JUNE and RITA are the staff.

In order for you to report anything at night, you have to get up, and find out who is making noise at that pool. That means, you have to follow them not to be seen, so that you don't get harrassed, because if June and Rita don't know who they are, they may not do anything. But, they may not do anything anyway, because they have a steady stream of people to take your apartment sent to them by the Orange County Department of Fair Housing. This place caters to Section 8. June and Rita will periodically send you a phony letter on how much they want you to enjoy your home. This is their conscience salve, because the man who owns the property and pays them only wants a steady supply of Section 8 renters until he sells the property down the road and makes a hefty profit. Section 8 properties get improvement vouchers, they repaired the whole driveway several years back. Don't let them convince you, that this should be passed on to you. Again, they won't care if you stay in the apartment or not, because The Orange County Department of Fair Housing has someone that will only pay less than 1/3 of their income out of pocket, and get a guarantee subsidy from the federal government for the extra $1,000. They only need you for awhile to set the value of the apartment.
