I have to disagree with almost all of these reviews. I've lived here for about 3 years and have a second floor apartment. Yeah, the dishwasher is old and the bathroom could use an update but I've never had the other problems people mention like the bugs, robberies, noise, etc. Bikers every weekend' No idea what you're talking about! I live near the pool and have never heard noise coming from there unless I was outside. The only complaint I have about this place is the parking but everyone knows about that before moving in and you should expect it. June and Rita in the office have never been rude or not taken care of maintenance issues. If you are asking too much or being unreasonable about something then there is nothing they can do, maybe it's your problem not theirs.
I think people need to expect noise, especially if you live downstairs. It's a cheap apartment, what do you want'!!!

Hi June, Hi Rita. Nice attempt to make the place you manage look good. This sounds exactly like something both of you would say to the tenet, because I heard it myself many times. Of course you can complain to managment. You can also make a police report on the noise, and turn that over to managment and vacate the place early, when they don't live up to the lease agreement. Most judges are on the side of the renter when you get your sleep disturbed over and over and get high blood pressure and have to leave.
