I may be the "Bikers every weekend" one tenent was reffering to. I have a motorcycle as does my roommate. We try not to be loud or leave too early in the morning.
You get what you pay for here. No additional parking and old appliences. 1 parking spot with a 1 BR, Garage and parking spot with a 2 BR. I have to park two cars and two motorcycles in a garage and a parking spot. I try to avoid the management as much as possible, but is a little hard since I live in the same building as one of them. June is prissy. She called me at work one day to let me know there was something hanging in my window that people could see from the outside and that wasn't allowed. Went home to find that a pillow had fallen agianst the blinds and had parted them. Tonz of people even have aluminum in their window!
Mantainance staff is okay, as long as you are home during the repairs. Wouldn't let them in if I am not home. Rent is raised by at least $50.00 every year. Worth the extra $25 to have a W/D in the apartment so you don't have to use laundry facilities. Gym is a joke.
Streaker in the neighborhood, may actually live in the complex. See cops cars somewhere in the complex at least once a week. No where for kids to play.
Can't say too much about noisy neighbors since I ahve a corner unit and I never hear my noeghbors unless I leave a window open and they walk right past it. All in all I am happy to stay, if they would stop raising the rent. Still one of the cheapest 2 Br you will find in South OC. Management did let me plant my own herbs and a tree in the small patch of dirt outside my apartment.

Managment has all of your financial information. They know just how much to raise your rent and who can pay what. Yours may be $50.00 someone else's will be $200.00
