I just moved in about one month ago. I love javier he is a great worker. He's constantly trying to make everything perfect for whomever is moving in. June yes she's a little tough and can come off rude but really all you gotta do is be nice to her and talk to her. She loves company and if you respect her she'll do good for you. If you get angry with her don't expect a thing in return. That's how life is anyways isn't it'

The noise is yes annoying but, I mean come on, when buying into the place one can obviously see that it is right off Alicia. Really though it isn't too bad at all. Only if your windows are open. Parking is truely a bummer, fortunately I was lucky enough to recieve a garage and my boyfriend and I share a car so it works out very nicely. I love the set up of the floor plan, the bedroom is very private and the living room is so homey feeling. Not only do you feel cozy here, but there is also a fireplace which isn't very common in apartments, especially with a rent as low as this. You can turn the kitchen into a bar area which is awesome for young people and even adults who enjoy entertaining. Javier is great and June is great too you just have got to give her a little slack she's listened to everyone's wishes and commands wouldn't that get old to you after a while'

I definitly reccomend this is place the location is fabulous everything you could think of is within five minutes without traffic.

Okay, you love Javier. But, so did many of the other women in the complex love Javier. If you can't find Javier, he is probably talking to one of the women outside, or in their garage. Is he still married, because I think his flirting hurts his wife, but if you worked for June or Rita, or that coroporation, well then you have to find some fun someplace, I guess. If you are getting the apartment cheap, then you are a Section 8 person. I don't mind if you are a U.S. Citizen on social security, as most complexes will take 4 or 5 of these persons that may deserve it. However, the cash payers are sucked into the scam for you to be able to get your apartment cheap. Again, this C'mon almost sounds like June or Rita writing the only positive review, because no one else can write anything positive after living there, unless they are gone most of the time.

I've lived here for 1.3 years. The place is great. The pool is awsome. Rita and June are nice to me and they always have been. Give them a break. They are on the verge of retirement. Always respect your elders, i mean come on, the lady is in her 70's or 80's. She's a widow. A very nice lady. She's direct and up front. If that offends you then leave. She's a sweet hart, kinda like my grand mother. Sure the noise from the traffic is bad with the windows open but I'm ususally a few beers in and sleep like a baby. Ok, the parking is somewhat bad but that's not a big deal. Have your company park accross the street. Good luck finding a 2 bedroom in the best location for under 1500!! everything is walking distance and conveniently located. All my neighbors are so cool and super nice, very friendly people. We party in this place all the time. Everyone knows one another and it's completely safe. I have $5K in musical equipment at my house, my neighbors let me play guitar between 5 pm and 9 pm, they actually like my riffs. The hottest chicks i've ever seen chill at the pool, oh man, i feel like HUGH HEFNER!!!!. Sure the rent goes up here and their but so does the cost of living, it's called INFLATION, get used to it. Over and OUT!!! highly recommended if you can get in. It's got a waiting list now and i'm not moving :)
