Worst of all, the people that are running this place JUNE and RITA are so rude that we have decided to start collecting petitions from the rest of the unhappy tenants beginning of Feb 2008. We are also planning on setting up a forum and would like to invite everyone to share their experiences about this apartment complex. We are sure with enough petitions we can make some changes around here like replacing these two RUDE INHUMANE people and securing some more guest parking spots. Please continue to visit this website for dates on upcoming forums. Together, we can change things.

Be careful. The next thing you know, Javier will be delivering a letter to the iniator, that your lease will not be renewed. This is illegal, not to renew leases for talking. But, Rita and June may send you a letter without the owner's knowledge. Again, call the Orange County Tax Assessors and find out who owns the property. This will lead you to the corporation in San Jaun Capistrano, but the actual names of the corporation owners are on file with the California Secretary of State. A man owned these, and real complaints may never reach him, because of Rita and June running the place.
Rita and June are very vendictive. All you have to do is read these ratings. The man who owns this hopes that you high renters will not realize it is for you to keep raising the rent for the majority of persons who are Section 8. They are rude, because this is what the owner wants.
Want to break your lease early? Just tell everyone around you that it is a Section 8, and they will have Javier drop you a letter. They always let Javier do this dirty work, and don't raise your voice in the office. June grabs the phone, and craddles it, and pretends to threaten you with the police. She wants to get something on you, if you complain.

I lived here for over 8 years and fully agree with everything. I just couldn't handle June.. I had so (SO) many problems with the upstairs tenants and would complain constantly to June, to no avail. But, after all this went down, I called June and ask them who the owner of the property was and she wouldn't tell me. I waited until Rita was in the office, called and aked her and she said "LLC". What the hell..! They won't tell you who owns the property. Good luck with this and I would sign any petition to get them out of there. They need actual people that know how to run the property and not a couple of old hags that haven't had a clue. Good luck

Mommseta, "LLC" means limited liability corporation, it isn't a legal corporate name. Call the Orange County Tax Assessors office in Mission Viejo, and ask who owns the apartment complex and give them the address. They will give out that outfit in San Jan Capistrano, if the property hasn't been sold to someone else, It is public information, and LEGALLY they have to tell you, who owns it, no matter who it is. Then, call or write the Secretary of State of California, once you have the coroporate name. The Sec of state will give you the names of all of the corporate officers listed and their addresses, as this is public information and they are required by law to tell you by law, no matter who asks? Why are all of you so dumb?
Don't let batwoman, Rita know you are doing this. Make their life hell, rat on everything anonymously if you fear retaliation that these dumb broads do, but I think the owners love them to death. You are just a prop in a script to get money out of, any way they can. They go to meetings to learn how to confuse you and manipulate you.
