This is because the two bedroom apartment really doesn't exist. They have someone who is on their way from the Orange County Department of Fair Housing, with guaranteed rent, at least two thirds paid for by the federal government, while stool pidgeons who live their keep getting their rent raised to supply these people. Rita and June are basically dumb and uneducated. Have you heard them talk? June mispronounces words like a hick. She gloats on managing this place, because it gives her power. No real educated honest person would work for a scam apartment complex like this. By the way, they get copies of these comments. I think June has some Alzheimers, too.

U am not surprised Rita, Batwoman would tell you that the name of the corporation is LLC. Rita is both dumb and or personally evasive. LLC means limited liability coroporation. What is wrong with you dumb renters? Call the Orange County tax assessors office in Mission Viejo, give them the address of the property and ask who owns it. They have to tell you, it is public information. Then contact the Secretary of State by letter or phone and get the name of the officers and their addresses for this corporation. Send them anonymous mail, all of you, about how you are on to them and that you will send letters to all the nearby businesses that anyone who pays rent here and who is not Section 8 is being scammed. Just watch how June and Rita act and see what changes. Is javier still delivering the eviction letters for the witches?
