1. Loud Noisy neighbors/unsupervised children.
2. No security to keep party-ers in line.
3. DOGS NOT ON LEASHES - AND THEY WILL RUN AFTER YOU!
4. HEAVY FRONT DOORS ARE PRE-SET TO SLAM SHUT. SO MUCH DOOR SLAMMING FROM RESIDENTS AND STAFF, LIVING HERE IS AWFUL! THE SOUND AND THE SHAKING COULD WAKE UP THE DEAD!!!!
5. OK, so it looks nice- GARDENERS WITH LEAF BLOWERS UP TO 5 DAYS A WEEK!

This place is also near Saddleback College. We have the same problems at Camden Crown Valley.
