This has become the worst apartment complex to live in. There is non stop construction to remedy poorly constructed units. There is non stop noise, hammering, and cutting of concrete. The management will alleviate some of the rent due to the noise, however, not unless you ask, and its only a couple hundred. There are two units of separate construction workers here everyday, it has been this way for the last year and half, currently, 11/2008. There have been numerous resident vehicles with flat tires due to the nails left by the construction workers... There is not a time between 8am-5pm where there is any quiet... non stop hammering, cutting, sawing, painting etc...and parking has been taken up by the construction workers. I can not exit my unit without the chance of being injured due to falling debris... The rent is extremely high near $2000 a month. It is not worth considering, the photos of the complex are nice, however, this is a lousy place to live.
