I lived in Bella Vista for many years. Overall, I had been satisfied with my experience. However, there were some issues that upset me and caused me to move. For some reason, they tried to determine or criticize my lifestyle in regards to the way my carpet looked. I had small children and the carpet was many years old. Stuff happens. They said the carpet life for them was 5 years. But they didn't want to change it after 5 years because they wanted to judge my lifestyle.
