I like Bella Vista because it's afforable and the management has been really responsive. Of course I have had some recurring problems... Both toilets have had flooding incidents and still are a bit temperamental even after having them fixed. Neither the bathtubs nor the cuboards throughout were in brilliant condition when I moved in, which I don't mind as long as I'm not blamed for it when I move out. Also, parking is awful because there aren't enough spaces and reserved spots aren't usually anywhere near ones apartment. Some people can be a bit vicious about the close spots too, so if you choose to live here, watch out for that.
However, the community is very clean and the management has always been really nice and great about getting back to me when I have concerns - even if it has been in the middle of the night.
In addition, they are wonderful about my cats. I'm a bit protective of their safety when management has to come in to my apartment, but members of management are really nice and have no problem with staying away from off limits areas (such as the bedroom where I lock my cats in so they don't get loose). Past management companies have acted annoyed by such requests and even condemned me for owning pets, even if they're allowed.

Anyway, the apartments themselves are just ok, definitely not worse than other places I have lived.... but I'm really impressed by the Management and they are the reason I signed a lease for another year. It makes all the difference in thr world.
