Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2004
 
New On-Site manager is horrible. Unreponsive, unfriendly, and has no concept of customer service. Makes such apartment community an undesirable place to live, especially for the price of rent.

Hope they fire the new on-site apartment manager and hope this girl does not manage any other apartment communities.
