Police seek parolee suspected of shooting man in the head

MISSION VIEJO ? A parolee was being sought Wednesday night after an unidentified man was shot in the head as the two drove in a sport utility vehicle.

Bradley Wade Krissman, 24, is suspected of shooting the man at 2:45 p.m. at the intersection of Doctor Guevara Way and La Alameda, sheriff's spokesman Jon Fleishman said.

The victim left the car after the shooting and was reported in stable condition at Mission Hospital, which is a few hundred yards from the intersection.

The bullet pierced the back of the man's head, but no vital parts were injured, Fleishman said.

Krissman is described as 5 feet 9 and 160 pounds. He has short, stubby, brown hair, a bushy mustache and numerous tattoos. Fleishman said he is a known drug user who frequents south Orange County and should be considered armed and dangerous.

Investigators blocked the entrance to the Camden Apartments, near the shooting, leaving residents returning home from work stranded outside for several hours.

At least two other occupants inside the SUV were being held for questioning.

The motive for the shooting is under investigation, Fleishman said.

DON'T LIVE HERE!! Every negatibe thing that reviewers have said is true. The lease is full of surprises, the staff is horrible and the community is not safe.

I have never had problems with the staff but there is quite a bit of crime there. Especially in the parking lot and the parking structure. Lots of vehicle burglaries and vandalisms. I know about two months ago there was a stabbing in one of the court yards on the second floor.
