i've lived at camdem for almost a year now and i have good and bad things to say about this apartment complex. there are a few main problems to complain about. 1)the gates to the various parking lots. those gates are just for show and pretty much pointless. they might as well not have any gates because they break every other week and are left opened for no reason. 2)inconsiderate residents. the property is new and beautiful but the residents litter like there's no tomorrow. they don't clean up after their dogs and i ALWAYS see trash on the ground. 3) the emergency alarm - it went on about 6 times since i moved in, most of the time for no reason and the noise can drive u nuts. 4) the staff at the leasing office work slower than the workers at the post office. you have to call about 10 times before someone answers the phone and they also like to put you on hold. if you go in the office, expect to wait about 15-30 minutes before someone comes out to help you. 5) the pool area - there's a kid sized pool and jacuzzi for 3574353123 residents to share, which leaves me no desire whatsoever to go in the water.

that's about all the major complaints i have, other than that, my experience here is satisfying. things that i like about my apartment include the spacious closets, nice kitchen, friendly neighbors, rarely see any bugs in the apartment, PLENTY of parking spots (and i hope it stays that way), and a nice 24 hr gym.
