The best part about his apartment for me is the washer and dryer inside each unit along with frig and microwave. The inside decoration is nice as well and until college kids moved in above below and next store the place was quite. The kitchen cupboards are kind of cheap and therefore some tend to keep falling off. Also I didn't appreciate all the stains from the previous tenants spilling things on the carpet coming up about a month after we moved in. I'm sure we'll be blaimed for all of those.
It's true what the previous reviews say about the management...it sucks. They are nice to your face but will never do what you ask of them. Last month I submitted 2 checks at the same time for rent and they lost one of them. When I came home work 3 days later there was a notice to pay or be evicted. We had paid rent on time for over a year before so did they not think that maybe someone made a mistake somewhere' And what's funny is that they want us to pay an late fee for the rent being late when it was their falt for loosing our check in the first place. I've tried to clear this matter up 3 times and everytime they say ok we'll take care of it but every month I get a notice that we still need to pay the late fee.
They seem to rent to anyone with a pulse, some of the rif-raf in here is pretty bad. I can't figure out how they afford it. It's not cheap here and they raise your rent like crazy.
Regarding noise: you'll settle into bed about 10pm on a Sunday night ready for work in the morning and that's when the party starts downstairs. You call security, they never show, then you are forced to call the police. The police will come (when it's convenient)however after the police leave the party still goes on, maybe the music is a little lower but you can still hear them cussing outside on the balcony.
