I've lived here for about 9 months now and can say that there are problems.

First, being that this is a few hundred yards from Saddleback Community college, this place serves as the off campus doromatory for 18-21 year old kids. If they go to community college, why can't they live at home with the parents' If you catch my drift. Things can be very loud at night with music, and on one occassion, firecrakers at 3:00 AM! Which by the way the cops always seem to be at the place between the hours of 2 and 4 AM on weekends.

Also, the pool is infested with loud, rood, and obnoxious kids on a typical weekend. It is a very nice pool area, although the spa can be very dirty (like urine dirty) at times. But don't plan on reading in relaxation without some kids running around screaming.

Like the other reviews, management is very unorganized. Unless you hand carrry your rent check into the leasing office and pysically give to someone, anticipate them loosing at about once every 6 months or so then sending you an eviction notice within about 2 days. And it's a total hassle to get it sttraightened out since they neveer answer their phones and ONLY ONE person can help out with the rent. And she's there from 9-5 Monday thru Friday, so for those of us who work, it's like impossible to talk to her about what happened.

Also, anticipate high water bills from ths place. We have a 2 bed/ 2 bath place of like 1100 Sq. Feet, and we have gotten bills for our water for about $40 for one month!!! And we are hardly never home, which is ridiculus becuase they divide it equally among all the units in the building.

ON the plus side, you are getting into a place very well kept on the outside- good gardening, clean, etc. The gym is good, and parking is never a problem, even for guests.
