Definitly not worth the price- no parking for residents, very loud, gang activity- fights(police always there/police helicopter circling community), toxic mold in podium side, awful/rude property managers with no willingness to try to help you. They lost one of my checks (money order) for rent and then blamed me for it and kept trying to charge me late fees for their mistake!! Don't move in to Camden Crown Valley- it is the biggest mistake i ever made!! SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
