I have lived here almost one year now and thank god my lease is near up! First, there are so may college kids from Saddleback College who live here and play their loud music all night long so those of us who work all day long get no sleep. And don't bother calling the "Security Dispatch" service the apt. provides becuase they are about as useless as little kids wetting their pants when something needs to be done. In other words, they don't do squat when you call them. So this is why they charge all this money in rent' For useless security rent-a-cops' Something is basically flawed with that.

Another thing, they have this new manager named Jamie from New York. She has to be the most unprofessional manager I have ever seen run an apartment complex. They promote "Living Excellence" but do very little to live upto that.
