We have lived here under a year, we are seriously thinking about NOT re-signing another lease! We enjoy are apartment and that is about it.
It is usually quite, there have been the occasionally parties, loudness, but that is expected at an apt. complex. It is not excessive, on our side anyway.
The unfortunate thing is we have had a couple things occur that required management and maintenance. The maintenance is the best thing about this apartment they are respectful and good at what they do. Unfortunately, I CANNOT say the same thing about the Manager! She is the most dis-respectful, and in my eyes should not even be looked at as a woman because she acts like a child. I have never met anyone so un-fit for a management position in my life. I guess that is what you except from someone who has no management, communication skills and does not even know the meaning of respect for others. From day one when we walked into the leasing office, we were greeted by her smart-@** attitude. When you have a problem she will roll her eyes, explain that she does not have time for you or your problem, even when it is the apartments responsibility, the best part of all of this is she does all of this with her amazingly nagging/annoying voice.

Next, there is a serious problem with parking, unless your home by five everyday, good luck finding parking even in the same complex. Oh and when your out on your 15 min walk to the ONE dumpster they accommodate the entire complex with, you will see the filth and disgust that surrounds the dumpster as we all do! Overall, if you stay in your apartment and never leave, you might like it, however, if you have a life, and have to encounter the Manager at any cost, I would recommend choosing elsewhere.
