I am not sure where the negative comments are coming from, it sounds like it is coming from one peson in particular. I hafve been living here since Sept. and I dont ever want to leave. The apartment is beautiful. I have always felt welcome both in the office and the community. We are so lucky to have a great dog park with in walking distance instead of the poor people who drive 20 minutes to the closest dog park. Now if we could get the lazy residents who cant seem to pick up their own dog sh&% we would be perfect. I have seen the maintenance guys personally pick up other peoples dog sh&* and I am sorry but that is rediculas!!! The office staff is very friendly and goes way out of their way to please everyone that they can. They are super friendly and care alot about the community. The opnly thing that I can think of as to why you are complaining is because you are probably one of the idiots that are getting letters and talked to about your bad behavior and stupid acts. If youi knew how to live in an apartment community and how to be a good human being you would probably be writing somthing like I am right now. KUDOS to Camden Crown Valley. It is a great place to live.
