We have lived here almost a year and can't wait to leave! Can't stand the noise, our neighbors are horrible, parking is a nightmare, the management staff is unreliable, and to top it all off... we have a mold problem that the staff made out to be not a big deal. We live a 1 den 1ba. The only good thing about it is that we got a free garage because they lied to us about our aparmtent and it wasn't cleaned before we moved in! All in all... this place has left a very bad taste in our mouths!

You guys are stupid dumbasses from orange county. You are probably pissed off because you were one of the idiots that made our country face the economic crisis from forclosures and can't get over it. Just GET THE HELL OVER YOURSELF and admit that you signed a mortgage agreement that you couln't adhere to and now you are forced to pay rent AND YOU SUCK BECAUSE YOU ARE A WHINEY -----!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well we have lived here for some time and we live in a two bedroom den and it is pretty nice aside from our old apartment at archstone. But the first day we moved in we found several house centipides and three baby roaches. (if you don't know what house centipides look like, then look them up) we have called the leasing office and they told us that they called an exterminator which who has failed to showup for two weeks which wasn't the apartments fault. Also I am a proud dog owner and I take my dog for walks frequently and I have noticed that nobody picks up there dogs poo. It's not hard,your already doing half the battle by walking them. Intact just the other day I saw a man walking his dalmation with no leash and he looked at his dog poo then walked away so I ran up to him and told him to pick it up and he still didn't pick it up.Also a Downfall is at around midnight or one teenagers and adults come in and out blasting there music. But overall besides bugs and the community it's a pretty decent place to live and I would give this place a 3 outta 5

wow that guy about is a little angry, no we didnt sign a mortgage, we are here saving so we can buy a place thank you very much. maybe you are bitter over something but don't place blame where it doesn't belong. I have lived here for about 4 years, i wrote the response previously to the angry guy. Noise is part of living in an apartment. But stomping around at 3 am is a little unnecessary. Overall the office tries their best, but communication doesnt seem to be their strong suit when it comes to requests. I have to say though they have been very accommodating when we need to change lease terms and other things. Its seems to be that things are improving, probably because rents are down. anyways no need to come on here and call names because you are bitter.
