I am shocked that this place has 100% review. Before it opened, there was a drive by murder. They NEVER close the gates. They came into the apartment 5 times in 3 months for their "yearly inspections", one of which was unannounced. For how expensive and upscale the floorplans are, the community is not worth living in. We signed a 12 month lease to get 1/2 month off (even though the sign said you get a full month off). Not to mention that there is no security, so there are partiers at the pool SCREAMING as if being raped at all hours of the night. And there is never any parking because the people with garages park in the spots and load their garages with junk and aren't enforced. As soon as we are allowed to leave, we will run for the hills and never turn back.

I aggree. I lived there for a year and it wasn't the best - 'specially for the price you PAY!!!!! The grounds were littered with cigarette butts, no mater where you went, and there was a weird geekish freak that smoked pot on his balcony thinking he was "cool". The garages are a f-ing joke. My wife had a mid-size Taurus and insisted on parking in the garage, which required manuvering, so I had to park my BMW outside, where parking is a joke!!! I had to park down at Von's at times and walk from there home!!! Furthermore, people blast there car stereos while driving thru the complex, which echos badly off the hard cement and plaster buildings. When we moved out, we had to pay, despite our apartment being clean.

It wasn't a drive by shooting, but there was an altercation back in 2005 between a resident and some unruly people that were at a party in someone's apartment. It was unfortunate, but honestly it could have happened anywhere. Here's the link: http://articles.latimes.com/2005/feb/06/local/me-agent6
