The staff at Madrid has a tendancy to be biased and partial when dealing with people. In other words, they have a different set of rules depending on who you are and whether or not the manager, Linda Brown, likes you. You could be the best tenant and always pay your rent on time, but if you rub her the wrong way, watch out!

People constantly speed through the complex and ride their dirt bikes, but if you park in front of the mailbox for a couple of minutes to pick up your mail, they freak out. I have small children and was always concerned for their safety.

I would highly recommend looking for another place to live.
