My husband and I transferred to South Orange County from San Bernardino County. What a big change for us. We had never lived in a "large Apartment Community" before. It was quite an experience for us. But we were very happy with our choice of communities. Brian, Leah, Kelly, and Marusia were the best. We actually rented our apartment site un seen, as they had just started building the community when we planned to moved here. They made the transition an easy one for us. The floor plan was an awesome 2 bedroom 2 bath Townhome style with a great view off our very private patio. Yes, there were a few maintenance issues, but I was amazed at how quickly they took care of everything. Fran and Scott were awesome too. The only thing I didn't care for was the fact that people did not use their garage for parking their cars, instead they faught over the open parking spaces. Not a problem for us. We would still be there today, had we not decided to purchase our own home.
