| 11/14/2012 | We got a notice yesterday that Madrid Apartments recently changed ownership from Shea Properties to Essex. We've lived in 2 Essex properties before, and we've see them go from wonderful places to complete dumps. The last Essex property we lived at was "Trabuco Villas" in Lake Forest, CA. Hopefully they will continue to maintain the high standards here and only let in quality people. We'll miss the office staff...they were very professional and really cared about the residents. ...
