A joke is RIGHT!!!

This place is such a joke!!!! Everything that everyone is saying is correct times 50!! Management Blows, maintenance blows, the apartments are old and falling apart and NOT well thought out....I really could go on for DAYS!!! The promenade sucks!!!!!!!!!!
