We looked at three of their apartments at 10:30 on a weekday (from the outside). Liked the location (We attend Saddleback, it's a five minute walk), liked the model apartment, and liked the landscaping. Seemed like a decent place. That night, we paid a surprise visit at 9 p.m. YOU MUST DO THIS BEFORE SIGNING ANY LEASE. Park your car at the mall parking garage (because the guest parking lot was full) and take a little walk around the apartment complex at night. If you don't mind listing to mexican polka, gangs of punks running around, and the bumb of about 10 different car stereos... this is the place for you.


Something else, ask why you can't see the inside of some empty apartments instead of the model apartment "....insurance reasons..." Ever heard of that'


That's typical stuff though. The final decision why we did not consider this place...the outragous cost for so little!
