Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
When you first see the promenade it looks pretty good.....Then you move in. If you like to watch illegals sell stollen items from vans, listen to car stereos all night, and watch small children run loose night and day, then this is the place for you.
Not only have I had to switch apartments because mine bathroom had a leak that was never resolved, I have not slept in weeks from all the parties and car stereo all night long.
Please do not move here if english is you first lanquage or you like sleep!
I can't wait until my lease is up!
