The Promenade will not be missed.
Parking is only for residents so expect no friends to ever come over unless you pick them up or park a mile away.
Management gives no help.
Close to Saddleback College is positive.
Never again.
I've lived in many apartments and this one stinks!
There were 2 drug busts while I lived here and someone was beaten with a bat...
pretty scary sometimes.
P.S. They love to tow your car.
