It looked like the perfect place being right next door to Saddleback, had classes there at the time. Until some of my rent money was not credited properly and I kept getting nasty notices until it was corrected in the system. There is visitor parking outside the gate, during peak times it probably is not enough though. My carport was too far from my apartment. It is a low income community despite its south county location.
People above me had domestic disturbances every so often, police came out more than once. A condomn wrapper was littered on the stairs for a week once. Once, *late* at night when I was alone, three guys knocked on my door, total strangers, saying they were "neighbors" needing to borrow something from the kitchen. I didn't feel too safe. I would be leery of living there alone if I was a single woman without a roomate or male partner.
Three washers/dryers for one building. Mail service made me nervous to use the address for anything I actually wanted to get to me.
In fact the mail carrier I interacted with one weekend(not the weekly carrier)--when I was looking for something I bought in the mail did not read or speak English too well(kid you not). Nice pool area though, ok fitness center, etc. Landscaping is pretty nice.

If you look at the possible raise in rent after living there awhile, which is usually inevitable any place you are, you might want to spend the money elsewhere, even its a little more. I found a place with a garage and a washer/dryer in the apartment itself, with a more professional type tenant community, nice area, for only 200 and something more than what the current market value of my place was once the lease expired.
