Do not rent here the promenade apt are the most rat infested place Ive ever been at.
The management show little or no effort to control the problem. Almost every resident Ive interviewed has complained to the staff
and about the most you get out of them is they send someone to place humane"sticky traps" with little effect this is there legal way of dealing with the problem

If you're upset, don't be stupid, deal with it yourself! It'd cost you maybe 15 bucks to get some rat traps.

i did buy sone rat traps you moron but after getting woken up many nights to the sight of a half dead blood rat on my floor and the repeated lack of response by the office staff I feel I have a right to complain

Unbelievable! A tenant shouldn't have to deal with rats greg! I think this must violate some kind of rules.
