Have maintenance issues with your unit' Good luck with actually getting it fixed right... much less at all!
Don??t bother going to the local management much less the regional manager... They will do nothing for you! Promise things will get done but that??s about it.
As for safety, Let??s see... I moved in, in late November 05 and since then... My car has been broken into, and more recently... two weeks ago... my passenger side was keyed... then last night... my driver??s side was keyed!!!
The property / management will not help with anything!!!!!!
If you can avoid it?? do not move in this place! I moved from out of town?? had I known these things prior to moving in?? I would have moved somewhere else!!!!
Aside from the above two issues... the place is a basic apartment. It is a quiet environment... and is in a great location for store's, shopping, and the freeway!
