To call this dump anything other then a slum would be inaccurate!!!
Our move in date was pushed back 3 days with no reason as to why and no notice in advance So off we go to a hotel with our 3 kids a truck full of our belongings as well as loosing 2 days work and paying 2 extra days truck rental and then on the first night someone steels the moving dolly out of the truck (wish I had gotten the refrigerator out)

Approx 2 month into our nightmare my mother in law stops by for a visit and around 11 pm I run to the store I had to ask the tow truck that was parked in front of her car to move so I could get out, I return 20min later walk inside, she is getting ready to leave we walk out 10 min later and the car is gone (towed) So in the morning I go to the office for some assistance in retrieving her stolen car and am told to bad you should not have parked there 145.00 out of my pocket

Approx. 5 months in while using a family members truck (while mine is in the shop)
It is towed from out of my assigned parking spot because there is no parking sticker on it I tried to explain to them that when I got home that evening the office was closed so there was no way for me to get a temporary sticker and pointed out that there is no provisions in place to obtain one in the event of a situation like this (i.e. 24 hr number) and was told you should have parked in the visitor parking, and when I pointed out that they have about 10 spots (which are always filled by other residents cars not visitors) for the 300 or so units in this dump was told to bad

5 1/2 months in send a work order in to repair 8 items one being the stove that has 1 burner that works, 9 days later they call and ask me if the work had been complete, I tell them no one has stopped by to inspect anything and am told we will have someone there that day well the next day some person stops by speaks no English what so ever and try??s to repair the stove fails returns the next day piddles around a little more and says what I thought was fixed that night while cooking dinner and my 3 yr old hanging on my leg a pan of hot oil starts to slid off the stove upon further inspection I find there is no bracket holding the burner in place and also realize it has one temperature ??high?? Oh did I mention the 7 other items on the list are still not fixed

6 months in we walk into the master bath/closet and it is flooded so we call the office knowing full well we need to deal with it ourselves, we throw all the towels down and fire up the hair dryers 3 days later they show up the room smells like urine he feels the carpet and leaves saying nothing and here is the best part of the whole story,15 min. later this same idiot stops by (I??m thinking he??s there to resolve the issue) and hands me a 30 day notice of eviction and leaves saying nothing
My wife and I look at each other and all we could do was start laughing
