The Promenade has recently gotten a new manager. I had the pleasure to meet her. She is very knowlegable and has some great ideas. I have noticed little things since she has gotten here. I have seen her out on the property which is new thing since out last manager. All I can say is give her time to make changes.

Nothing has happened except the complex getting dirtier, and the volume of maintence requests going unheard. Same crap, different manager. NOTHING HAS CHANGED! Kids are still running around unsupervised, police are still in day in day out, STILL no place to park a second car, and no place for your visitors to park! And the manager is NEVER availible! You must either be the manager herself, or had caught he on a extremely rare occasion when she was ACTUALLY availible!
