I made a mistake of moving to these apartments without checking ratings first. Now I know I am right on my conclusions about thess apartements.
There are many problems but one of the worst one is many minors overstepping their rights and abusing adults.

I've been here a month and I cannot even swim in the pool because toys float everywhere, minors seem to think they own these apartments and all that comes with it. Their parents do not even make the effort to remove the clutter from the pool even when they see that I cannot swim from their children's toys all inside the pool.

That's not all. I have been entertained by children not older than 10 to 12yrs old displaying totally inappropiate behavior towards women and many adults. It's not uncommon to hear the youth's insults and cuzing at others, however what is uncommon is how children at the pool molest grown ups and verbally attack them. I am still bugged about it.

Today I go to the pool and think "great no kids insulting adults today", no children at the pool, the pool was padlocked! I wonder if there is poison in the pool now'

The staff in the office is uncaring and I had one of their leasing agents give me such a hard time and pretending that she liked me. I have not seen her and someone told me she got fired, by experiences for one month living here, the entire staff is screwed up, rude and they do not help.

I guess I am stuck here, until I find something else because this place is a joke!
Trash, loud parties, fights, children that do not do other than misbehave and gang up together so that its children against adults. TERRIBLE SITUATION. I cannot understand how the parents dont tell these children to behave!

You won't get a night sleep here, as another rating said "keep looking" this is a messy community. It's not worth one dime of the rent rate.
