Run before getting involved in a nasty environment. Very noisy, maintenence is always "out" or should I say "out to lunch".
I had rats crawling on me and I even caught the rats myself and they wouldnt come and clean it up. It took them a week to come out to do something about the RATS! Run fast! It isnt worth it!
