Anyone who has problems leasing from Promenade Apartments in Mission Viejo, Ca needs to know you are intentionally being intimidated. Do not waste your precious time and energy allowing the management fight with you.
Each of you tenants are paying the mortgage for the Promenade Property and you are paying them to abuse you while profiting from you!! Do not be intimidated by thier superior attitude because you rent.You can get educated about your rights and what you can do about not being abused and mistreated.
No one deserves to live like animals, however in this case I know most animal lovers would not allow thier animals to live in such conditions.
