-office NEVER returns phone calls. the staff is usually sarcastic and extremely unprofessional.
- they take forever to fix anything (my heater 3 and a half months, water heater 3 weeks) I had to inquire several times to even get them to look at it
- everything is really old if you take a look at the balconies you will notice some of them look like theyre starting to fall off. this is because they are which means they might have to be reconstructed. its a very long and loud process.
-parking is awful. there are only 12 visitor spots and you need to have a tag to park in your own carport (you get two max). if you lose it its 100$ and if you dont have it youll get towed. this happened to me and a lot of other residents. there are times where you cant even get to your own spot. many times the front gate will not open forcing you to park at the mall parking lot where you will be towed anyway.
- the neighborhood consists mostly of college students and families of 8 or so. its rarely peaceful.
- cars always get vandalized. my own car was keyed and my neighbors car had its windows broken and the doors were scratched.
- the garbage people dont seem to pick up the garbage. old furniture and other large items pile up and never go away.
- there are rats. sometimes pest control comes around to try and take care of it but they just come back.

I completely agree with these review! These are the worst apartment complexes I have ever lived in. I am a college student myself fresh out of the military. I have a studio apartment next to the pool area. The little children kick soccer balls into my windows everyday!!!!! I have complained to management about them numerous times yet they do not do a damn thing about it. I have also had rats and ants. I brought this up to management as well, and they have told me to go and buy my own rat traps. While they assured me that pest control would be back in a few weeks to take care of it. There are many illegal aliens as well that the apartment complex caters to. Immigration should be called as well as child services. Many times by the pool area, small children jump the fence and are locked into the pool area, where they will run around the pool, crying and screaming-with NO ADULT SUPERVISION!!!!! These apartments are completely unsatisfactory and I am moving out at the end of contract. Disgusted! I thought this was suppose to be Orange County.
