I have lived at Promenade for little less then two years and let me tell you it has been the longest. I only have 45-days left!! You would think work; kids etc. would cause the stress in your life and not your home! If you don't want roommates Promenade is not for you, I GUARANTEE roaches, rats & YES even raccoons sharing your attic space. Management was great for about a year very responsive and professional and now all of a sudden it is non-existent. The office is rarely open and they have ridiculous "new hours". Im not to savvy on the industry but wouldn t you think weekends would be their busiest operating days'''' DO NOT TRY AND GO TO THE OFFICE ON SAT or SUN. When you do finally get threw on the phone or in person, it is with a different RUDE person every single time which means you should be ready to explain your concern ALL over again. Problems with your apartment'''''' If the workorder gets written down at all by the office staff expect to wait 3-5 days for a response and thats because they only have ONE Maint. guy on the property that actually speaks english and that gives a dam. Laundry rooms are always dirty or over-ran by the hispanic residents doing laundry for the 10 people that live in their one bedroom. Parking......well we just got a memo from "management" (by the way office staff spell check is a wonderful tool) that towing is pretty much no longer allowed. The memo says in so many words "if someone is in your "assigned" parking space try and locate them and ask them to move it". THATS A FREAKIN JOKE!! I can continue on forever. Bottom line is DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Nothing gets resolved & not only does management not care but neither does the MG in MG Properties!!
