Just moved here a few month ago and due to relocation of my job, I had to leave this wonderful apartment. The great things about this place is the Shopping mall is only a few steps away!! and so is the post office. The rooms are big enough and the people who lives here are nice and friendly (Mostly family and couples). The leasing office takes care of my problem right away so I am not sure why the previous quotes address this as a problem. You never have to worried about guest parking because you can always park at the shopping center parking lot and walk over (Yes, its that close). The price of this place is the cheapest around as I've already compare a tons (Mission Viejo is a expansive area!!). Hope this helps!!

Ok, You MUST be a kiss ass employee or sleeping with one! Thats all that can be said about this entry. Mostly families and couples?!?!?!?! There are about 5 families per apartment so its a good thing the rooms are big. The rest of the tenants are loud freaking college kids who do not care about anyone or the property. As for parking HAHA, I dare you or your guest to park at the mall, you won't see your car in the morning. Leasing office does not take care of ANYTHING. I can keep going, this property is a dump!! Its not clean, quiet, safe etc........If you are looking to live in a dump and have your home handled by a bunch of rude liars in the office then by all means take this persons word for it!!!

I agree with both of you actually. I have been here for almost a year and those college students were annoying on the weekends, I had to tell my husband to go out and tell them to stay away. Kids these days just won't sleep!! Other than that, I have to say the apartment is spacious and the leasing office has been doing their job. Not a kiss ass employee here

Ok I agree with the first response on 1/10. You cannot park at the mall. I've lived here for 2 years. I have to say the first year was a nightmare. But, after the leasing office staff was replaced twice..It's actually not that bad. They seem to have a better grip on things. No more tow truck towing innocent people from their own parking spaces. I rarely see the tow truck anymore. (They've must have had a deal with the last office staff because there would be almost 10 tows in one night!) I have to admit there is probably are more than one family in one single apartment in this complex and is very annoying when you hear kids thumping and banging all day and night. But within the last 4 months things have quieted down a lot. There may be an occasional college student flying through someone's windsheild, or people breaking the front gate and the alarm going on all night. But for the most part, ever since the new staff came, things have been mellow. They don't harass you as much as the last staff and I personally feel like i could live here one more year. The new staff implemented a new "noise complaint" line where you can call and complain about noise, whereas before you would have to call the police. One night around midnight my water shut off because someone vandalized the water main and i had just put a face mask on! I called up emergency maintenance and they let me into the front office to wash my face! I really enjoy living here now with the new staff and the rent is very low. I feel that all of the annoyance that come with this place is worth the rent, and you will have the same annoyance no matter what apartment you move into. Unless you can afford a house or condo. I do have one complaint! Parking spaces need to be wider or people just need to learn how to park. I get home and there's no parking because people park in two spaces, and then when i finally get to squeeze into one, i wake up the next morning with dings all over the sides of my car from car doors. Its safer parking in your carport. Anyways i hope i've helped someone decide whether or not to move here.
