Hi, my name is Christine. I have lived here for almost two years now and when I first saw this site before I moved I was REALLY concerned because of negative responses! But moving here was a great idea. I know that every apartment complex has their negatives and positives but I think this is one of the best affordable, beautiful apartments in the area. I took a risk living here because work was literally across the street and so was school but because I let these negative comments impact me I really did feel like the staff was not on my side. After a couple of months though I realized the staff is really nice, they accomodate to my needs, I feel COMPLETELY safe in my community, I have GREAT neighbors, I am able to communicate to the staff here and I am really happy. Some examples: I know all my neighbors and have daily or weekly conversations with them. Recently my husband got laid off so I had asked the staff if there was any way that I could pay rent a little later and they asked me when it would be possible to pay. I thought I would have to beg them! It's so nice to know that my complex is really there for me! One time I left my wallet on top of the car trunk where everyone could see overnight and no one took it! I have also let a couple of other stuff out and nothing has ever been stolen! This does not stop me from knowing not to leave stuff out but at least I don't have to worry as much. We also have a neighborhood watch in our community and our community is really involved. They have holiday events and the staff members get to know the people that live here, even though they are not anyone special and they see many people throughout the day. The one thing though is that we do live by a college where there are college students and most of the sports players do live in apartments with each other so there are a couple of parties... in the neighborhood watch I heard that it was almost every friday and saturday but maybe ask the front office for some advice. I hear that if you're facing the front office, the right side of the neighborhood has more quieter families and in my time of being here, I have only heard noise twice. But to me this is very normal. What's even than better than this is that we live literally 5 minutes away from everything that we need: the mall, college, the hospital, two Starbucks! (one drive-through one!), many restaurants, churches, the beach! (right down crown valley) the post office, EVERYTHING! Some other things I might not have covered: Parking is great if you have between one to two cars. You have a carport and if anyone takes your place, you can immediately have it towed. There's also parking in the front, which is tight though. The outer parking right outside the gate is great though (lots of space). I hardly ever hear my neighbors and if I do which one time it did happen (my neighbor has a pigeon that would coo in the middle of the night!) I called the front office and they spoke to them and what do you know, the pigeon noise was gone. Overall landscaping of community I would say is really beautiful. There's a beautiful water fountain in the front and they just redid the painting and had everyone's front patio wood redone so everything looks nice. You can ask them to fix anything for you and they will. They will also take care of any bug problems. I love this place! : )

Office Staff Does a Great Job of writing a bunch of Bull ---- LIES. This place is a true DUMP and always, always, always will be. They need to demolish the whole apartment community. There is every living rodent in this zoo of a place. They should change the name to "Promenade ZOO" Take it from resident that lived in the apartment for 2 years to long. Thank God I no longer live in a trash hole. I wonder if the police department put a sub station inside the community for all the crime that goes on.

By the way, I am not a staff member- so I can write this: just because I can write better than YOU- a RACIST against --------- and black, who cannot spell. First of all ANONYMOUS- next time when you feel like putting someone down after voicing your opinion why don't you spell out your name or SHUTUP. You are a racist person treating this website like a trash can. Next time you have a problem with the apartment or anyone for that matter, try taking it up with them like a real man or woman and resolving the problem- like I have with them- before putting people down. I hope that someone puts a substation of a police department up your -------. How about that? Shut the ---- up and keep to yourself.
